To Fight.. Pray! Neutrinos

321189“Neutrinos in Italian means “small neutral one.” They are elementary particles that often travel close to the speed of light, are electrically neutral, are able to pass through ordinary matter almost undisturbed and are thus extremely difficult to detect. Neutrinos have a minuscule, but nonzero mass. Neutrinos are created as a result of certain types of radioactive decay or nuclear reactions such as those that take place in the Sun, in nuclear reactors, or when cosmic rays hit atoms”

There is even a science to back up a level of energy not always documented by the limited equipment available. This energy is expressed in particles called Neutrinos. They are particles that pass through us all the time and exit that often leave no visible evidence of energy being released. So investigators are still only recording what they can pick up at the whims of demonic force.

There is another existence that is constant. It fills space and time and the air. Even in the Bible it says that Satan is the prince of the air. The air is full of spirits battling with angels from heaven. That is one level of spiritual warfare that we can see that exists in a dimension that affects our lives. I recall many years ago we were over at some friends’ house fellowshipping. A young lady had come over with some other friends. After many hours of food, talking and praying she requested that we pray for her.

It was about 2:45 am. Very close to three o’clock. She began to scream and grunt upstairs in a back bedroom. Someone came down the steps and asked us to come upstairs to help deliver her from some demons. I had discerned that something else was going on with her. We went up the stairs to pray for her. Something was very wrong with this situation.

I stepped into the hallway to seek God’s face and ask him what was going on. This was the second time in my life that I had heard the Lord speak similar words to me. He said ‘She does not really want to be delivered; the demon just wants to perform”. I knew in my spirit then that I was dealing with an entity that only wanted to show off. I went back into the room and waited for the demon to quiet down. She was on all fours on the floor and grunting and yelling “get the chains off of me!” I quietly told the host in charge that I was not going to continue to deliver her based upon what I had heard.

Her heart was not ready, it would be a performance for the demon to hurt her and enjoy the long hours it would take to even deliver her. She understood what I was saying and we ending with prayer. Many weeks later I did counsel and pray with her at a different time when she had a desire to allow Christ in more. She was not possessed but oppressed with spirits. Her lifestyle and devotion to God’s word would help her stay set free and become the woman of God that Jesus desired. Her heart was not fully ready for God to move in her life though.

worriedwoman1Sometimes we ministers allow pride to get in the way. Instead of hearing from God on what to do for people in need of deliverance there is an attitude of showmanship. There is a church in the Midwest many years ago that people would go to for deliverance. We had ministered to one of the people who went regularly to this church for deliverance. He would spit up green vomit growl, and manifest intense demonic behavior.

The heart of the pastor was right, however the demons loved to just act out and carry on before the people.

It is important to discern each individual you are dealing with and with what type of spirit. I believe that God can deliver anyone with his power and love.

I believe that we don’t have to talk to spirits to convince them to come out but stand in his power through Christ Jesus’ work on the cross. Through Jesus, as we accept him in our life, we have power and authority in him to deal with demonic forces. Jesus dealt with demons more than anyone in the Bible. He was known as one with great authority. True spiritual warfare is standing in the authority we have in Jesus Christ. God gave us his son that we might have his power and authority in him to set the captives free.

“And it came to pass, as we were going to the place of prayer, that a certain maid having a spirit of divination met us, who brought her masters much gain by soothsaying. The same following after Paul and us cried out, saying, these men are servants of the Most High God, who proclaim unto you the way of salvation. And this she did for many days. But Paul, being sore troubled, turned and said to the spirit, I charge thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And it came out that very hour. “Act 16:16-18 ASV

When the apostles were dealing with the woman with a spirit of divination she was following them bringing attention to them. She appeared to be praising them but it was trick to get them arrested for preaching the gospel.

The more attention she would bring to them would have caused them to get in trouble. The spirit possessing the woman wanted to perform, and was continually harassing. Paul got tired of it and commanded the spirit to come out of her. There is a time to discern when to just call out a demon and set a person free with or without their help.

They went through the whole island as far as Paphos, where they found a Jewish occult practitioner and false prophet named Bar-Jesus. He was associated with the proconsul Sergius Paulus, who was an intelligent man. He sent for Barnabas and Saul because he wanted to hear the word of God. But Elymas the occult practitioner (that is the meaning of his name) continued to oppose them and tried to turn the proconsul away from the faith. But Saul, also known as Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, looked him straight in the eye and said, “You are full of every form of deception and trickery, you son of the devil, you enemy of all that is right! You will never stop perverting the straight ways of the Lord, will you? The hand of the Lord is against you now, and you will be blind and not see the sun for a while!” At that moment a dark mist came over him, and he went around looking for someone to lead him by the hand.” Act 13:6-11 ISV

But they were opposed by the magician Elymas (that is his name in Greek), who tried to turn the governor away from the faith.

Acts 13:8 Good News Bible

Proconsul: A proconsul was a governor of a province in the Roman Republic. In modern usage, the title has been used for leaders appointed by foreign powers.

In the International Standard Version (ISV) of the Bible the false prophet Elymas was trying to turn the Proconsul away from the faith. In the Good News Bible he is referred to as the governor. In both versions Paul spoke blindness over Elymas, who was continually opposing Jesus Christ.

imagesmounatinIn governments across the world there is always sorcery, astrology or someone of psychic power who works closely with the leadership or Presidents in charge. In American history this has been true from the beginning of the founding fathers. Jean Dixon a well known psychic was engaged in psychic advisement and séances with several presidents spanning over 40 years. Nancy Reagan had a psychic she worked closely with to determine President Reagan’s daily schedule and travel.

The myth that all American presidents were Christian is storytelling at it best. Even today psychics exist in the white house, among the leadership, and in the government. This level of demonic activity has provoked decision making over nations influenced by darkness. In one instance a man who wanted the Holy Spirit for the wrong reason when he approached the apostles was rebuked because his heart was not right.

“But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one.…And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles’ hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money, Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost. But Peter said unto him, Thy money perishes with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money.”Acts 8:9, 8:18-20

It takes discernment to ask God and hear what his will is in each matter, seeking the father’s face as Jesus did, and executing his will.
